Gitanjali Group takes over the Kolkata Tigers at The Indian Cricket League
MUMBAI: Revv, the sternly elegant men‘s jewellery steel brand by the the country‘s largest integrated jewellery manufacturer, the effervescent Gitanjali Group has acquired the sponsorship rights of the Kolkata Tigers Team at the Indian Cricket League (ICL). Kicking off the exciting sport, the Edelweiss 20s Challenge promises 30-days of non-stop pulsating cricket which will be held in three locations: Hyderabad, Chandigarh (Panchkula) and Gurgaon from 9 March to 7 April, 2008.
After establishing itself as a prominent player in the gems and jewellery industry, the company has ventured into lifestyle and is now making an endeavor to reach our wider base of audience by associating itself with the field of sports.In a press conference at Hyderabad, the Group unveiled its association with ICL and jersey sported by the cricket stars of the Kolkata Tigers team was also showcased.
