MUMBAI: During the just concluded Onam festival in Kerala, Amrita TV had produced 26 new programs covering a broad content spectrum including t he world premiere of 5 Blockbuster movies.
The TAM analysis for Onam week shows that Amrita TV was ranked among the Top 3 Malayalam channels. In the 1 Million+ Towns,in all SEC categories Amrita TV was rated No. 3 among all Malayalam Satellite channels.
The Onam menu of the channel was recognized for creating a unique mix of content. To cater to the varying tastes of a cross-section of audiences, Amrita TV‘s Onam content was created on themes which captured all the facets of the festival. The program themes were divided into Festival of Movies, Festival of Celebrities, Festival of Music, Festival of Fun & Feast and Festival of Heritage.
