The Best Creative award recognizes impactful advertising done for an Indian Public Sector Undertaking. The jury panel led by former Chief Justice of India, Justice R C Lahoti also had Dr. S Y Quraishi, Former Chief Election Commissioner of India and Frank Noronha, Former Director General, DAVP.
