New Delhi, June 24th, 2013: International Management Institute (IMI), a leading B- school, organized itsInduction Program for the new students of regular PGDM and PGDMHRM programs at their New Delhi campus. The program was addressed and inaugurated by Mahesh Bhatt, Director and Producer and Dr Pritam Singh, Director General, IMI.
240 students across both the programs attended the induction program. The students were excited to have welcoming note from the Chief Guest for the event i.e. Mr Mahesh Bhatt.
On the occasion, Mahesh Bhatt gave great motivation to the students and talked about how each one of us should have an optimistic approach towards life. He also spoke about the importance of education in one?s life and how important it is to be educated in this developing economy. He himself being an MBA graduate, shared his views on the changing education trends, grooming of students and the effort-success relationship. He added "beyond book knowledge education in its true sense should be about self-growth and understanding one?s larger role in life?"
According to Dr. Pritam Singh, Director General IMI says, ?The main aim of the program orients the students with the institute and also educates them about the upcoming events scheduled in the Institute. The students should be able to familiarize themselves with the culture and ethos of the institute. With the wisdom of luminaries such as Mahesh Bhatt and the focus of our education methodologies at IMI, we believe that you as the future generation will address and find solutions to the challenges that we as a nation face."
