MUMBAI: Dish TV has unveiled the 'Dish Freedom Package' plan, which promises viewers 40 channels without having to pay monthly subscription fee.
"The subscribers of the package will have an option to increase the number of channels they view by upgrading to the next entertainment package offered by Dish TV -- all at a nominal subscription cost", Dish TV CEO Sunil Khanna has been quoted in a PTI report as saying.
To avail the benefit of the new scheme, subscribers will have to make a one-time investment of Rs 2,690 in a digi-box, he said.
