  • Mediascope Publicitas OOH creates India?s largest billboard in Bangalore

Submitted by ITV Production on Aug 23, 2012

MUMBAI: Mediascope Publicitas offers advertising clients an exceptional media opportunity by creating the largest billboard in India measuring 100ftx100ft located at the Airport approach road welcoming travelers to Bangalore. This puts Bangalore in the league of global cities like New York, Dubai and Singapore with extra-ordinarily huge advertising media.

Size does matter. The bigger the better ? more so in the Outdoor Advertising arena, where clutter is a perpetual problem. In its continuous pursuit of creating ?clutter- breaking? advertising solutions and providing ?maximum bang for the buck? for the clients? investments, Mediascope Publicitas has created India?s largest billboard in Bangalore measuring a gigantic 100ftx100ft. This billboard is two sided and front lit with adverts on both sides, hence visible while approaching and while exiting the airport area.

That Mediascope Publicitas has created this gigantic billboard despite the current economic environment shows its confidence in the site. Robin Carruthers, MD - Mediascope Publicitas OOH says: ? There is a strong logic and strategy behind this effort. When Out Of Home media is spoken about in India, it is always related to clutter and there are no proven values of reach and frequency. So the best way to get maximum mileage is to either create clutter-breaking innovations or create something larger than life, something first-of-its-kind. That?s exactly what we have done. ?

Marzban Patel, CEO - Publicitas India & Asia says: ?We have consciously followed the path of developing niche media opportunities that deliver superior value across media platforms. This site is a true gem our OOH team has created and will benefit every client that uses it. We are also delighted to put Bangalore on the select world map of head turning airport signages. ?

Mediascope Publicitas has over the years presented Indian clients exceptional media opportunities in India and worldwide across print, digital, OOH, TV and events; either directly or in partnership with some of the best media brands in the world. This Bangalore initiative from its OOH team is yet another initiative in that direction.
