  • Bindass Blue Carpet turns Shahana into a complete Glam Doll for the IIFA Awards

    MUMBAI: UTV Bindass gets all set to roll out the blue carpet for its first celebrity participant, Shahana Goswami. The charming and extremely talented actress who shot to fame with her critically acclaimed performance in Rock On! will be a part of Bindass Blue Carpet to get a makeover for her first ever gig at the IIFA awards in Macau! IIFA is considered as one of the most prestigious awards that recognize exceptional performances in Indian cinema and has nominated Shahana Goswami for the category of Best Actor in a Supporting Role ? Female.

    Shahana, who is extremely excited about being a part of the IIFA extravaganza, wanted to put her best foot forward for the award ceremony and hence came to Blue Carpet for her fantastic makeover!

    Shahana, who did not change her look for a long time due to professional commitments, got on to UTV Bindass Blue Carpet to get a much deserved makeover. Once on the show, Hakim one of the country?s most celebrated hair stylists, and part of the Bindass Blue Carpet?s panel of judges did what he does best, he turned Shahana into a complete Glam Doll. With the short hair which is the rage of this season and light brown highlights Shahana now looks refreshed and raring to go.

    On the entire Blue Carpet experience Shahana Says, ?I?ve got this makeover done by Hakim Aalim. I had not had a change as there were many other commitments. Now, since I will be going for the IIFA as an award nominee, I decided to go in for a change of look. Not many people will recognize me, as they have seen me in a certain way. But this look makes me look younger. It?s quite crazy.?

It celebrates the spirit of sportsmanship by cashing on with the on going cricket fever just before the beginning of the T20 Cricket world cup in England.

    Max New York Life and P9 Experience are organizing a game of Cricket on 13th & 14th June ?09 at various malls across Mumbai (Nirmal Life Style, Oberoi Mall, Centre One), Ahmedabad (Himalayan), Surat (Raj Empire), Nagpur (Poonam) and Pune (Central, SGS Mall). This activity will take place on this forthcoming weekend. Just as the cricket fever is heating up and the teams are getting all geared up for the big battle Max New York Life is going to give a chance to patrons at the malls to try their hand at Cricket to express their sportsmanship. The patrons will get a chance to prove their mettle.

    A cricket game set-up will be created in the malls. To play the game, the patrons will have to fill up the lead generation form and send an SMS to ESPN number which will also make them eligible to enter the contest. There will be two ways in which the game will be played. A representative from our side will be batting and any one of the family member will have to bowl. Each family gets 3 balls. Winners will be judged on the basis of wickets hit. Photos will be clicked during the game and post completion, the contestants can get a family photo clicked with a trophy cutout
