MUMBAI: Kantar, the world’s leading data, insights and consulting company, has recently announced the appointment of Rajani Athreya as HR Director, Insights & Country HR Services Leader, South Asia.
An alumnus of XLRI and an HR veteran with over 25 years of rich experience, Rajani has a strong background in talent, change management and organizational development. She joins Kantar from DBS India, where she was the COO-HR with remit across the DBS Bank as well as DBS Asia Hub2, which she helped set up in India. Prior to that, she has held leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, Standard Chartered Securities, Standard Chartered Bank and ANZ Grindlays Bank.
In her new role, Rajani leads the HR team across the South Asia region, working very closely with the business in driving the people agenda. Rajani joins at a crucial time of organizational change as Kantar has moved to a single brand, focusing on simplicity, efficiency and the strengthening of purposeful collaboration across all of Kantar’s multiple businesses.
