MUMBAI: After he asked his followers on the social networking site Twitter to give in their suggestions, Mahesh Bhatt has finalised on Blood Money as the title for his next project.

"Listening to you folks has made me decide not to call my new film ‘Jannat 2‘. Thank you! Acknowledging others makes them happier and u wiser," Bhatt had posted on the site. He has been quite active on Twitter and Facebook for taking audience views.

As a term, blood money means a monetary compensation paid by an offender to the family of a murder victim. Earlier, the film was titled Jannat 2 but that didn‘t go well with the filmmaker.

Incidentally, Bhatt had also approached his friends and fans to help him finalise the main poster for the recently released Murder 2 as well.
