MUMBAI: Rakesh Roshan has approached Shah Rukh Khan to play a gray character in his upcoming film krrish 2 that will have Hrithik Roshan in the lead.

It is being said that Deepika Padukone has been finalised for the krrish sequel.

Apparently, SRK has told Roshans that he can be available only after the release of his film Ra.One.

The sequel to Rakesh Roshan‘s 2006 film has been in the pipeline for a while and after the debacle of Kites and Guzaarish, Roshan has taken it upon himself to ensure that his son‘s career gets back on track.

The last time Khan and Hrithik came together on screen was in Karan Johar‘s Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.
