Venkatesh planning Telugu remake of Golmaal 3

MUMBAI: Victory Venkatesh is planning to remake Golmaal 3 in Telugu.

The star, known for his family as well as comedy entertainers, is focusing on the comedy genre these days with films like Nuvvu Naaku Nachav, Malleeswari and Namo Venkatesa turning out to be successful.

Sources say that Srikanth will play one of the lead roles along with Venkatesh in the Telugu version that would be directed by Sreenu Vytla, who earlier directed the comedy entertainer Namo Venkatesa.

More details about the project have yet to be announced.

The Hindi version of Gomaal 3 stars Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor in the lead roles.

Venkatesh is currently working on Ganga–The Bodyguard, the remake of the Malayalam film Bodyguard.
