NDTV spreads ?Good Times? in the UK

NEW DELHI : NDTV Good Times, India?s premiere lifestyle channel hosted a gala evening to announce NDTV Good Times? presence in the UK at the glamorous The Courtyard, 51 Buckingham Gate, London - St James. The evening was hosted by Uber stylish Ambika Anand and UK?s most prominent corporate, advertisers and celebrities were in attendance to celebrate the ?Good Times?. SBI Regional Head-UK Mr Mahapatra, Virgin Media Director of Content and Acquisition Emma Jones, Vice President of Somaliland H.E. Abdirahman Abdillahi Ismail and CEO Hero Honda Mr Munjal, were some of the distinguished guests at the launch.

The evening saw a surprise appearance by Bollywood?s biggest music icon Bappi Lahiri. It also featured a LIVE cooking demonstration by Chef Manish Mehrotra - the winner of the ground-breaking reality series Foodistan and concluded with a scintillating flash mob dance performance.

NDTV Good Times was originally launched in the UK on Virgin in December 2012 to a great reception. However, the evening was a chance for the NDTV Good Times team to thank and celebrate with all its supporters in the UK. Continuing to spread the Good Times, the channel has been engaging viewers in UK with its award winning popular series such as Highway On My Plate, Chakh Le, Band Baajaa Bride, I?m Too Sexy among many others, since its launch in December.
