Amrita TV launches 'Deaddict Kerala'

MUMBAI: Amrita TV News has kicked off a campaign on issues affecting the public at large. To begin with, the first campaign launched in July focuses on the ill-effects of addiction in society.

As part of the campaign, all news bulletins of Amrita News including programs carry a segment on this topic. The campaign named “DEADdict Kerala” for a addiction-free Kerala, will highlight the after-effects of addiction, human interest stories of addicts and those who have overcome addiction, deaddiction centres, preventive and curative aspects, etc.The initiative will have talk shows featuring experts doctors, organizations working against addiction and display Helpline numbers

There will also be opportunity for interested viewers to take part in the program.
