MUMBAI: MagnaQuest, the Hyderabad based global customer management & billing (CM&B) solutions provider, has bagged a $350,000 contract from AlMajd Satellite Broadcasting, which is a new DTH platform with coverage across the Middle East.
According to the deal, MagnaQuest will provide MQSubscribe, the customer management and billing solution package, to AlMajd Satellite Broadcasting.
MQSubscribe would be leveraged over time to manage the rapidly increasing subscriber base of AlMajd. AlMajd has plans to rollout the service across Europe, Asia and North America as well. AlMajd broadcasts Arabic and English channels from Riyadh, Dubai and Cairo, informs an official release.
Signing the contract, AlMajd Satellite Broadcasting chairman & CEO Fahad Al-Shmaimri, says, "MagnaQuest being specialist IT solutions provider in the Pay TV domain can understand our unique business requirements and provide a cost-effective IT solution to manage our billing, inventory, finance and customer care functions. MagnaQuest has already integrated with leading Conditional Access Systems including NewsCorp's NDS, Kudelski's NagraVision, Philips' Cryptoworks, France Telecom's Viaccess, MIH Group's Irdeto Access andn Conax.
