MUMBAI: It is raining ?Maximum Music, Maximum Choice? for listeners on India?s only ?music specialist? station, 94.3 Radio One. Continuing with the trend of pioneering the spirit and passion for music in the Indian radio space, 94.3 Radio One will introduce first of its kind initiative for Marathi Music listeners in Mumbai.

Starting 18th July, every week 94.3 Radio One will play ?Top 13 Marathi Songs? only for its listeners. The top 13 Marathi special will also feature interviews with prominent Marathi artists, singers, lyricists and on their favorite music. This is following the brands initiative of going public with ?Play Your Music Day?.

Commenting on the new initiative, Bavesh Janavlekar, Station Head ? Mumbai said, ?At 94.3 Radio One, we strongly believe that good quality music has no boundaries and this can be seen through our initiatives. We are India?s first music station which promotes different genres of music along with the popular Bollywood music. We have always believed in giving our listeners quality music which exists across genres. With this top 13 Martahi song we are truly living up to the brand promise of giving our listeners ?Maximum music. Maximum choice?.

As part of the constant endeavor to enrich the musical experience of our listener?s through innovative on-air initiatives, 94.3 Radio One, also recently had associated with the national award winning singer composer duo, Ajay-Atul for their concert held in May. MJ Yamini had interviewed them live in addition to covering their concert. The concert was held in support of the city-wide ?Save Water, Save Mumbai? campaign.
