MUMBAI: The CEO of television network TV9, Ravi Prakash, has been booked by Cyberabad police in Hyderabad in two separate cases, on the basis of complaints filed by Alanda Media & Entertainments Private Ltd additional director P Kaushik Rao.

As shared by several media outlets, Rao has multiple allegations against Prakash and others for allegedly emailing back-dated documents regarding transfer of shares belonging to company Associated Broadcasting Company Private Ltd (ABCPL), to Telugu actor Shivaji, to the Registrar of Companies. Rao has also accused Prakash of preparing a forged resignation letter of ABCPL’s company secretary Devender Agarwal and emailing it to ROC.

The police questioned Ravi Prakash and has asked him to appear before them on Friday.
