MUMBAI: ABP News Network has named Kavita Dasan as the new HR head of the company where she will be driving the people agenda.

Dasan was vice president, human resources at DHFL prior to this. She was in charge of design, delivery and execution of core HR programmes. 

Dasan was also vice president, human resources, at Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd and led the responsibilities of HR practices across the country. 

On the appointment, ABP News Network CEO Avinash Pandey said: “I would like to extend a hearty welcome to Kavita at ABP News Network. Her vast experience in talent development, organisational culture and change management will ensure that we have the right expertise in place. I’m looking forward to work with her in helping our talent flourish and build capabilities for the future.”

Dasan did her BCom from Delhi University in 1998 and has a degree in Human Resources from IIM Ahmedabad. She has worked in several media HR wings, including Times of India and Times Internet.
