ESPN Star Sports (ESS) has a new host on its signature sports news programme, Sportsline.

Jason Dasey, former CNN World Sports anchor, will now host Sportsline, the daily half-hour sports news programme, along with Lucy Robertson and Bethan Evans. Dasey who has joined ESS as senior presenter for the daily sports update programme, was earlier a sports anchor for CNN International. 

Sportsline, that offers a comprehensive coverage of the latest in regional and international sports, airs six times a day with three live programmes and three repeats. Major sports events are covered with emphasis on results, reports, forecasts and analysis. The morning bulletin Sportsline Today airs at 7:00 am on weekdays, while the evening edition Sportsline Tonight telecasts at 7:30 pm and 10:00 pm every day.
