MUMBAI: Veteran hasya kavi Surendra Sharma (remember the good old days of Doordarshan when he would regale viewers with his dead pan sense of humour) is all set to infuse some fun and energy into Mrs. & Mr. Sharma Allahabadwale airing on SAB TV.
According to a source, ?It?s for the first time Surendraji is doing a TV show. He will play Surendra as he is, natural, crisp and sarcastically humorous. He is introduced as Mr. Sharma?s new neighbor with his unique wit. He will entertain viewers with his famous comic one-liners.?
Surendra Sharma confirms, ?When I was approached for this role, I was more than happy to do it and what I like the most is that the humour used in the show is clean and devoid of any double meaning dialogues which is great for complete family viewing.?
