MUMBAI: TNS India was adjudged the ?Market Research Agency of the Year? at the 20th Annual Market Research Society of India (MRSI) Seminar recently concluded at Mumbai. In addition to winning this coveted award, TNS India bagged two more awards - Best Paper award and First Runner Up award in the category of Screensumer Research.

The annual MRSI seminar showcases some of the best research and marketing papers and also presents the cutting edge techniques being used in research today. The theme of the 20th MRSI Annual Seminar was ?Unravelling the New Age Consumer?. A panel of renowned senior experts from the research fraternity shortlisted 15 best research papers of the 115 odd entries submitted by marketing and industry professionals. Four of these 15 papers presented at the seminar were from TNS India.

Neerja Wable, CEO ? TNS India & Sri Lanka said, ?We are delighted to receive this honor. Given our collaborative approach of partnering with clients, it was not surprisingly that the paper that won the best paper award was jointly presented with our client. It is heartening to see our qualities of producing outstanding work along with great team spirit bearing fruit in an industry wide forum. Our papers accounted for more than a fourth of the papers presented at the seminar which is very encouraging representing our strong focus on thought leadership.?

In the Screensumer Research category, TNS India won the Best paper award for the paper titled ?The Best of Both Worlds; Hybrid Continuous Feedback Model for Research with the Youth? jointly presented by Sandeep Dutta and Shashank K of TNS India and Tripti M of Airtel, the First Runner Up award was bagged by the paper ?Communicating with the new-age MR customer: Keeping clients engaged in a data-surplus, attention-deficit environment? presented by Anjali Puri of TNS India.
