From assisting his mother in the kitchen and developing a hobby to making cooking his profession, chef Talat is a self-taught culinary artist who has surely come a long way.
The Mughal era-inspired cuisine is a paradise of kebabs and curries found only in Old Delhi. The patrons are invited to dwell in the local dishes like Dilli 6 chicken tikka, paneer malai seekh, surmai fish tikka, mutton korma chicken changezi, Nizami handi and sheer khurma.
