MUMBAI: The Big Bangla Movie Awards 2010 held in Kolkata recently adjudged Autograph as the ‘Best Film‘.

Besides, the film bagged the best director (Srijit Mukherjee), best actor (Prosenjit), best negative actor (Indraneil Sengupta), best music director (Debojyoti Mishra), best female playback singer (Shreya Ghosal) and best lyricist (Anupam Roy) awards.

Reputed director Rituparno Ghosh was adjudged the ‘Big Director of the Decade‘.

The ‘Best Actor (female)‘ award was bagged by Paoli Dam for her performance in Moner Manush.

While Prosenjit Chatterjee was crowned as the ‘Big Actor (male) of the Decade‘, Rituparna Sengupta annexed the ‘Big Actor (female) of the Decade‘ award for her contribution to Bengali cinema.

Mithun Chakraborty received a special honour for his 35 years of contribution to Bengali cinema in both art house films as well as potboilers, while Bengali sensation Dev was adjudged the ‘Big Debut of the Decade‘. Jeet Ganguly was voted as the ‘Big Music Director of the Decade‘.
