MUMBAI: Multiplex chain operator Fame Cinemas has launched its first multiplex in Chennai.

The new 5-screen and 1327 seater multiplex, Fame National, is located at Arcot Road.

 
Fame Cinemas director operations Rajeev Patni said, "We are proud to launch our first multiplex in the city of Chennai. At Fame, we strongly believe in making every moment a pleasurable one for our patrons. We hope to constantly add new features and bring in a lot of excitement to our patrons here in Chennai."

With the launch of this multiplex, Fame now operates 27 properties with 102 screens across 13 cities in India.
