JRD Films to release The Devil's Double and Ye Stupid Pyar in August

MUMBAI: JRD Films is gearing up to release the Demonic Cooper-starrer The Devil‘s Double in India and Pakistan in August.

The film will be released in four languages - English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Directed by Lee Tamahori, the film is based on the true story of Latif Yahia, an Iraqi soldier who was forced to become a body double for Uday Hussein, the insane son of ruling tyrant Saddam Hussein.

Tamahori had earlier directed Die Another Day, Once Were Warriors and XXX 2.

Meanwhile, JRD Films is also readying to release its debut film, Ye Stupid Pyar, on 5 August. It has been produced, written and directed by Rakesh Jain.
