Release of Delhi Safari pushed back

Delhi Safari

MUMBAI: In order to make their films seen widely, producers Nikhil Advani and Mukesh Talreja are planning an extensive release of their animation film Delhi Safari. Initially planned to release in September, the film’s release has been shifted further for the film to have a global release.

Talreja was overseas to work out the release strategy of the film internationally. Said Advani said, “Indeed, we are planning to release both the versions at one go and in this connection Mukesh has gone abroad to decide on the release strategy of the film."

Delhi Safari revolves around a group of five animals from Borivali National Park who make a journey to Delhi to meet the Prime Minister with an intention to plead that humans stop encroaching forests.

This is for the second time that the film’s release has been pushed back. Earlier slated for release in August, the film was scheduled to release on 30 September.
