MUMBAI: Shakal Pe Mat Ja (SPMJ), co-produced by Linc Entertainment (a division of Linc Pens) and actress Hrishitaa Bhatt, has been selected to be the centerpiece premiere film of 2011 at the South Asian International Film Festival (SAIFF) to be held in New York from 5-9 November.

SAIFF features the work of new South Asian film makers from all around the world and this is its 8th year.

"We are absolutely thrilled to have our film as a part of such a prestigious event. It feels great that all the hard work is finally paying off. Saurabh Shukla and I will be there for the opening premiere and we are really looking forward to it," Shubh, the director of the film, said.

SPMJ, releasing on 18 November, is a story of four young boys who get caught up as suspects at the Delhi international airport.

The film stars Saurabh Shukla, Raghubir Yadav, Aamna Sharif and Umang Jain.
