MUMBAI: The auditions are on...and so is the final call for entries?it?s the last chance to register! ZoOm India?s hottest destination for Bollywood glamour and style and SAFI the trusted skin companion of every modern teenage girl presents ?SAFI ZoOm Face ?09?. The mega hunt for India?s most glamorous and sensational girl as ZoOm?s freshest female anchor is on. ?Safi Zoom Face 2009? is the search for the girl who has the look and oomph coupled with a great personality and attitude. The contest runs across 27 cities in India, while Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow and Hyderabad play host for the regional auditions which started from Tuesday, September 22, 2009.
Over the past years ZoOm has had gorgeous faces showcasing style, glamour and of course everything related to Bollywood to the audience. ?SAFI Zoom Face ?09? is an attempt to add yet another gem to its charismatic list of high profile anchors as ZoOm will bestow a one year anchoring contract to the talented and lucky girl.
The final short-listed candidates from each of the five cities will be put through a series of tasks by the glamorous ZoOm Anchor who along with prominent celebrity will judge the participant?s confidence level, presence of mind, style and posture while facing the camera. All the excitement will take place in Mumbai. The excitement continues as ZoOm audience too will get a chance to vote for their favorite contestant through an on-air poll via SMS and online voting.
The contest is open to girls who are 18 years and above. To start with, the participants were put through an intense selection process during the audition and regional rounds in their respective cities. The judges interacted with each individual on a one-on-one basis to evaluate their confidence and talent. The selected and short listed candidates from the best of the stunning line up proceeded for the regional finals.
