MUMBAI: K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has fixed the price band of Rs 64-70 for its public issue of 50,00,000 equity shares The IPO is scheduled to open on 16 February.
The company had filed the prospectus in September last year for an issue of 5 million shares, of which the size of the issue is Rs 400-500 million.
The bulk of the proceeds will be used towards movie business. Allocation of Rs 250 million will be towards film production while Rs 40-50 million will be for distribution of movies.
The balance will be utilised for meeting corporate and other expenses. The television content production subsidiary company, Twenty Twenty Television, has already raised debt.
