Harmony Gold laughs it up at Miptv

MUMBAI: Television production and distribution company Harmony Gold is all geared up to laugh its way to Cannes next month with two new films. Television marketplace MipTV takes place from 11-15 April 2005 at Cannes.

The first film being offered by Harmony Gold is Death To The Supermodels. Starring Jamie Pressly and Brooke Burns the film is a sexy comedy about supermodels gathered for a photo shoot on a deserted island. Meanwhile Siblings with Alex Campbell and Sarah Polley is a dark comedy about love, lust, murder and other issues of "normal" family life.

Harmony Gold has all international rights to these films, including theatrical, broadcast (free and pay) and DVD distribution rights.

The stage is set for titillation, comedy and suspense, because someone in this group is determined to bring Death To The Supermodels. Siblings brings new meaning to the old adage "you can't choose your family". The Adam's Family meets Weekend at Bernie's as this mixed up mess of half-sisters and stepbrothers scramble to resolve the demise of their evil stepparents. These kids put the fun in dysfunctional.
