MUMBAI: Two former Star executives have tied up with Ram Gopal Varma to co-produce a Rs 50 million comedy movie, Mr Ya Miss.

Horseshoe Pictures, a company floated by Sunil Chainani and Sameer Shrivastava, will share the production, marketing and release of the movie with Varma. Antara Mali will be the lead actress of the movie opposite Aftab Shivdasani and Ritesh Deshmukh. Mali will be involved in the scriptwriting also. The story is about a man's mind trapped in a woman's body.

Chainani and Shrivastava said negotiations were on with Zee Telefilms to trade the satellite rights of the film. Zee executives refused to confirm the developments.

Chainani earlier was Channel V programming head while Shrivastava came from the creative team of Star Plus and Star Gold. This is their first movie venture.
