MUMBAI, 20 June, 2011: Its time to double the laughs, fun and entertainment with UTV Movies! In an exclusive movie tie up, UTV Movies has associated with the soon to release film ?Double Dhamaal?. Taking forward the essence of Double Dhamaal, the channel presents the ?Double Dhamaal film festival? which showcases the best of comedy from the stars of the film from 20th June to 24th June every night at 8pm.
Starting 20th June, viewers can tune in to the film festival showcasing comedy flicks featuring the cast of Double Dhamaal like Sanjay Dutt?s laugh riot Shaadi No. 1, Jaane kaha se aayi hai starring Riteish Deshmukh, Mallika Sherawat starrer Pyaar ke side effects, Javed Jaffrey in Singh is Kinng, and Golmaal Returns starring Arshad Warsi.
The ?Double Dhamaal film festival? extends the proposition of Jeeyo festivals which feature a special line up of popular films of a chosen superstar. The channel has earlier successfully celebrated six Jeeyo festivals around superstars like Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan etc and now takes a step forward to present the best of comedy films featuring the stars of Double Dhamaal. The festival will be supported by an on air and online contest wherein viewers need to answer a simple question to win exciting movie merchandise.
