  • Fever 104 FM celebrates Navratri with Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja

    MUMBAI: Fever 104 FM, Official Radio Partner for Mumbai‘s biggest dandiya event ‘Sankalp 2009‘ has roped in popular actors ‘Priyanka Chopra‘ and ‘Harman Baweja‘ for a unique navratri promotion known as ‘Gaana Su Che contest‘

    As a part of the contest, Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja, lead actors of the movie ‘What‘s Your Rashee‘ can be heard singing lines from popular Navratri hits on Fever 104 FM along with Falguni Pathak. Listeners who guess the correct meaning of the lines will be given passes for Sankalp 2009 and a lifetime opportunity to play Dandiya with both Priyanka and Harman. Both the actors are hugely excited about dancing with their fans at the city‘s biggest festival and had a blast belting out Gujrati songs on Fever 104 FM for the contest.

    In addition to the contest, Fever 104 FM also has a host of Bollywood stars sharing their dandiya experiences and sending out festive wishes to listeners on air.

    MUMBAI: Ex model and former Miss India ? Shikha Swaroop is all set to make a comeback in the popular thriller serial ? Black. Based on a series of paranormal activities and telepathic powers ? Black - airs on 9X every Monday to Thursday at 10 pm.

    Produced and directed by Sunil Agnihotri ?Black? is the journey of special investigation officers Ranbir played by Mamik, into the unknown dark world that exists around us. Shikha will be seen in a role of a forest ranger from the regions of Malda and will play the character of Kiran Malhotra.

    Shikha returns to television after a long hiatus. She has earlier portrayed the role of Princess Chandrakanta in the Indian fantasy series called Chandrakanta, which was a huge hit among viewers across the country. Incidentally, Chandrakanta was also directed by Sunil Agnihotri and the series also featured Mamik.

    MUMBAI: Never before have the sun and the moon played such an important role in romance.
    What‘s Your Raashee? is the story of Yogesh Patel, a young man who in his heart has always wanted a love marriage. Till suddenly he is told that he must find his dream girl within ten days to save his family from utter ruin.

    Finding the dream girl is tough enough. Finding her in a hurry is even tougher.
    His solution is simple; he will meet one girl from each raashee - sun sign, as he feels that is the best way to make sure he finds a suitable wife, while also giving himself twelve chances to fall in love. Two meetings per day gives him six days to meet them, three days to make a final decision and he can get married on the tenth day, or so he thinks.

    Based on the Gujarati novel Kimball Ravenswood by Madhu Rye, What‘s Your Raashee? is Ashutosh Gowariker‘s first romantic comedy, starring Harman Baweja and Priyanka Chopra.
    Harman Baweja & Priyanka Chopra both reveal in the Special that how the director i.e. Ashutosh Gowariker is known to be a serious film maker, but that is not the truth, they reveal that he is very understanding & makes his artists feel comfortable on the set which leads to such amazing performances on screen. Both the lead actors also express their joy in the event of Priyanka Chopra‘s name being pitched for the Guinness Book of World Records as she, most probably is the only person in the world to have played 12 different roles in the same film.
