MUMBAI: The Kolkata High Court has vacated the stay brought on by a copyright infringement suit against Karishma - The Miracles of Destiny today.
This means the channel, on tenterhooks till this afternoon, will be able to keep its date with viewers on schedule at 9.30 pm tonight. Barbara Taylor Bradford, the author of A Woman of Substance had obtained a stay from the Kolkata High Court last Thursday, claiming the story of Karishma had been lifted without authorisation. 
The network has managed to get last minute vacation of the stay, according to Sahara officials.
