MUMBAI: NewsX, the soon to be renamed English news channel, is gearing up to launch a new weekly auto show, Living Cars.
Starting 9 October, the show will be aired every Saturday at 3.30 pm, with a repeat telecast on Sunday at 11.30 am.
NewsX said in a release that the Introduction of Living Cars is a part of the channel’s overall strategy to address the viewers’ needs for specialised programming. “Living cars will be an ultimate referral for consumers who want a lowdown of the latest, best and most happening set of wheels on the road,” the channel said.
Every week, the show will acquaint viewers with the experience of living with a car that they choose to buy and will focus on three vital Ps - Practicality, Performance and Passion.
Living Cars will also bring coverage on driving and buying tips, used cars, rallies, auto shows, news roundup for the week, ad campaigns & marketing strategies of car companies and expert Q&A.
