MUMBAI: Post-production technology and Digital Intermediate (DI) veteran Neil Sadwelkar has now moved to Prime Focus as Head - Technical Operations. He will be closely involved with DI head Rohan Desai.

To start with, Sadwelkar will be looking at the Indian operations of Prime Focus. Sadwelkar has contributed to the Bollywood industry with his expertise in film DI and editing in his six year-long stint with Pixion studio.
  
Said Sadwelkar, "At Prime Focus, I will be involved in supervising day-to-day digital workflows, collaborating with data asset management efforts, broadcast technology, sound, and others exciting fronts."

Sadwelkar holds a Masters degree in Physics with specialisation in electronics and has worked in many capacities including sound recordist, editor AND assistant director.  
 
As a DI professional, Sadwelkar has worked on some popular films like Chocolate, Don, Namastey London, DevD, Peepli Live and Dabangg.
