MUMBAI: Upendra Kumar Sharma’s newly launched production outfit Misty Entertainment has announced the launch of its debut untitled film to be directed by Jjayesh Sheth, a film photographer of repute.

While Sheth would give the company a creative edge, Sharma will lend it business vision.

Avers Sheth, "Filmmaking is an extension of photography for me. Photography was a medium that I used to tell a story by. Now I will start telling stories through the moving medium."

Sheth, who has captured magical moments of stars like Akshay Kumar, Rekha, Madhuri Dixit, Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, John Abraham and Richard Gere among others, has created a sensation in the glamour industry putting his stamp of brilliance with his conceptual and story-telling photography over three decades.

Besides photography, Sheth has also directed few music videos like Adnan Sami‘s Lift kara de, Roopkumar Rathod‘s Vaada and DJ Suketu‘s Bin Tere Sanam and gained a good lot of success. Sheth has also been credited to have directed the documentary titled Mughal-e-Azam - Ek Etihasic Karishma.

Headquartered in Delhi, Misty Entertainment currently has a branch office in Mumbai but will shortly spread its presence across the country.
