Prabhat organises Australian Film Fest

MUMBAI: Prabhat Chitra Mandal has organised an Australian Film Festival from 21 to 27 June in Mumbai.

This initiative comes after Prabhat associated with the Australian Consulate
in Mumbai and FFSI.

Initiated in 1972 by UNEP, World Environment Day has grown into thelargest medium of raising awareness about the environment and theissues that put it at risk.

In 2007, IIFA launched the concept of a‘Green Carpet‘, replacing the traditional red carpet rolled out at allaward shows, as a symbol of its crusade against global warming.

Friends of IIFA, Priyanka Chopra and Rahul Bose, have extended their support toward this noble cause. While Chopra has pledged to plant one tree for every activity registered in her name, Bose has raised the stakes by pledging to plant two trees for every activity registered in his name.
