UTV Motion Pictures bags India rights of Deiva Thirumagal

MUMBAI: UTV Motion Pictures has bagged the all-India theatrical rights of Tamil film Deiva Thirumagal.

The film features Vikram as an adult with the mental maturity of a five- year-old.

The film is an emotional conflict between Vikram and his daughter who abandons her father as she is ashamed to be associated with him. This grows into a legal battle.

Deiva Thirumagal, directed by Vijay, stars Chiyaan Vikram, Amala Paul and Anushka in the lead roles.
The film is expected to release on 1 July in over 350 screens across the country.
