Yatra.com enters social media marketing

MUMBAI: Online travel company Yatra.com has partnered with OMLogic, an online and social media marketing company in India, to enter into the social media marketing space.

Yatra.com is aiming to engage its target group through social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, YouTube, among others. 
 
OMLogic as a developer for Yatra.com‘s engagement strategies on these social media portals will help the company build a stronger consumer connect with the brand.

Speaking on the alliance, Yatra.com head online marketing Bharat Malik said, "We believe that our progression into the social media will enable Yatra.com to engage its consumers through newer and innovative ways. The dynamics of this new form of media are exciting, and encourage two way communications between brands and their customers. The online travel company is also intending to attract the attention of the frequent visitors of these social networking websites.
