• 'Survivor: Philippines' to premier on BIG CBS prime on June 24 in dual feed

    MUMBAI, June 21, 2013: BIG CBS PRIME, India?s first international entertainment channel for men, with a dual feed in English and Hindi, is all set to bring the latest season of the longest running syndicated reality game show ?Survivor?. The high-rated Season 25 of the universally popular series, ?Survivor: Philippines? will go on air on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 10 PM. The multi-Emmy award winning television personality Jeff Probst will return as host for Season 25.

    The premise of the cult game show features its contestants (known as castaways) split into different tribes. As a tribe, the castaways must then ensure their survival by assembling their own shelter, food and other basic amenities. Survivor: Philippines starts off with a bang as the show features the return of three former castaways along with the introduction of the fifteen new castaways for the season. With abundant twists and turns in store for its viewers, and some compelling challenges lined up for the contestants, Survivor: Philippines is reality television at its best!

    MUMBAI: "The greatest year for EDM, India has ever seen": that?s what Sunburn is promising for the upcomingSeason 7 in 2013-14. Post a massive season ending in March this year with a stellar Tiesto India tour, the Sunburn team has revealed phase 1 of the season calendar upto December with more events already planned up to March 2014. This is the first time the India EDM giants have revealed a calendar getting dance music fans geared up for a massive season.

    The big calendar announcement begins with a massive arena event in September and a second in December, followed by atwo day festival in Bangalore and a revisit to Mumbai and Delhi in October & November. Sunburn Goa will continue to attract dance music fans from all over the world on its signature dates of 27,28 & 29 December.The Sunburn team claims to have some more surprises up their sleeve which they will announce in the second phase.

    This is not all, the season not only promises a range of high capacity events but an elaborate mix of new artists including many A listers, the best talent from India, some exciting collaborations and some never seen before names.     Another thing to look forward to this year will be a completely redefined sunburn experience from the web to the on ground experience for all music lovers.     Bangalore, 21 June, 2013: Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a leading global provider of BPO services, has announced the opening of its twelfth delivery center in Barrie in Ontario, Canada.     MUMBAI: ibiboGroup (MIH India), has executed a binding agreement to acquire India?s leading online Bus ticketing business, redBus.in (Pilani Soft Labs Pvt. Ltd) for an undisclosed amount.

    This transaction will expand and diversify ibiboGroup?s existing travel assets : Goibibo.com (one of the leading B2C Online travel aggregators) and TravelBoutiqueOnline (a B2B Online travel platform that enables thousands of small and medium agents)

    The combined volumes of redBus.in and ibiboGroup?s existing travel assets makes the group, one of the biggest online travel players in India.

    All the travel entities of ibiboGroup (MIH India), including redBus.in, will continue to run independently and operate as separate businesses to drive deep focus. The founders and management teams of each of these entities will continue to build out their businesses.

    redBus.in, founded by Phanindra Sama, Charan Padmaraju and Sudhakar Pasupunuri in 2006 is India?s number one online bus ticketing platform by all metrics : sales, transaction volumes and available inventory. redBus aggregates bus inventory from thousands of bus operators and makes it available real time to end consumers and agents across the country via its e-commerce portal www.redBus.in.
