NDTV Profit to launch three shows
MUMBAI: NDTV Profit is launching three new shows - Analyse This, India Inc.
MUMBAI: NDTV Profit?s second edition of the Business Leadership Awards 2007 will be held in Delhi on 27 July. The awards will honour business organisations that have shown exceptional ability in business performance and also recognise business houses which have fuelled the Indian economy to grow rapidly.
The award ceremony will be graced by the finance minister P. Chidambaram as the chief guest.
The 20 award categories cover ?Automobiles-2 wheelers?, ?Automobiles-4 wheelers?, ?Banking?, ?Building and Construction- Real Estate?, ?Building and Construction- Infrastructure?, ?Business state of the year?, ?Consumer Durables (white goods)?, ?FMCG- Foods?, ?FMCG- Personal Healthcare?, ?Insurance- life?, ?Insurance- Non Life?, ?IT- Hardware?, ?IT- Software?, ?Mutual Funds?, ?Mutual Funds?, ?Pharmaceuticals?, ?Retail?, ?Telecom? and ?Travel and Tourism?.
This apart, three individual nominated categories have also been short listed which include ?Business leader of the year?, ?Global Indian of the year? and ?Viewers choice Award for inspiring India,? states an official release.
Jury for the ?NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards? includes board of directors of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) Amit Mitra, director Thermax?s Board of Directors Anu Aga, chairman Emeritus, Infosys N.R. Narayana Murthy, Suman Dubey chief representative in India for Dow Jones and Co , president NASSCOM Kiran Karnik, chairman of IDFC Private Equity Company Limited Dr. Vijay Kelkar, NDTV?s chairman Dr. Prannoy Roy.
